Delivery and merchant details
Tab Pro is distributed as a Chrome extension license for personal productivity use. After payment, the customer receives access instructions and a license key by email or direct support reply, typically within 24 hours.
The merchant name used for payment review is HighItems. Product name: Tab Pro. Support requests, payment questions, and delivery issues are handled through the official support channel listed below.

Tab Pro reads open tab metadata through Chrome APIs only so it can show, switch, group, close, restore, and snapshot tabs. Preferences, recent closed tabs, and session snapshots stay in chrome.storage.local inside the user's Chrome profile.
When checkout is enabled, payment details are transmitted through the payment processor over HTTPS/TLS. Tab Pro does not directly collect or store full card numbers.

Support and refund policy
Support is handled through GitHub issues during early access. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase when the license key has not been abused or resold.
